Yeah, i'm a visual person too, but you have to admit this is a stretch.

Ignoring the different angled image, we have:

Fist pump:

looks like a stick, goes higher than his hand, it's not as wide as his hand.

His head:

Yeah it's lined up in the spot.

But everything else says no:

Heads of officers? not there. Hands or sticks in air of officers? Not there. Flag ? Not there. It's a real stretch for me if only two spots vaguely match up but others don't.
