The FBI raided 22 childcare centers in Minnesota Tuesday morning as part of a wide-ranging investigation of social services fraud.

Im wondering if there is a white hat side of the FBI and a black hat side that compete against each other. If so, then Where is Kash? Shouldn't he be dropping the hammer on the black hats?
