There is no reference to this law anywhere outside of it being used to manage issues re actins involving water ways both domestic and international (checked a few countries that were under British rule).
Not even conspiracy stuff. Odd, makes me think there must be something to it as its all a bit odd.

"Admiralty law" exists but it is nothing to do with secret British control over the USA. Not meaning to disrespect the OP however because I have long had the feeling that the City of London have their tentacles everywhere and at a gut level I think Charles' visit to the USA is more than just entertainment and pageantry.
Yah, the whole thing is a bit excessive to pull completely out of one's ass without being at least somewhat correct.
When people counter and say, oh my gosh this is so wrong. Think for a second, if this were the truth, it would be one of the best kept secrets out there. It would be hidden well enough to hide from, at least, low level sscrutiny.the signs of the reality are there in my opinion if you research.
