I’m getting ready to do another round (before I just did the C + L-Lysine).
I want to add L-Proline but don’t know the dose, do you know?
Also, I have Natto but never heard of putting them all together.

Nattokinase is useful in general, it can lower cholesterol and unlike a statin it does by making your body more efficient at using it also there are some published studies on people with arterial plaque where they saw major reductions in the plaque build up in just a single year.
