Why do people keep saying this? They had a discovery phase for 3 years - 2018 to 2021. Alex Jones decided not to mount a defence based on proving that his statements were true, or claiming first amendment rights, or proving no one would take what he said seriously. He did not of that.
Instead his tactic was delaying the discovery, which finally got the judge, after 3 years of this, to rule default, which is when he lost his window of opportunity to present his case.
I know what Q said about AJ, though Jones brought receipts for 9/11 originally & other claims as well. I could follow a paper trail & it was part of me waking up to the idea here in the US that we fight governments, not individuals.
