Some were almost certainly Q plants; part of the Show, designed to expose the fraud of The System. Their purpose there (along with the timing and ostensive purpose of the event) was to show that there is a deeper, hidden hierarchy. For example, it's not coincidental that Stacy Abrams (of all people on the planet) was front and center on the list.
