There needs to be consequences for judges that make unconscionable decisions. I don't mean removal & disbarment I mean REAL consequences. Making a child autistic is up there near murder, isn't it? Even if the judge can claim he didn't know better, involuntary manslaughter is still a crime. Why is the judge still at large?
What do judges always say? Ignorance of the law is no defense? Same applies to biology, health, and medicine. Let’s start granting one-way immediate consequences for health ignorance, and watch how fast people take an interest in it.
EXACTLY!!! What's good for the goose has got to be MORE than good for the goose's judge. After all, a judge should know right? That's what they always say at least.
