It's considerably broader than just AR-15's on the ban list, though it's one of the most poorly written bills I've ever read, and I've read a lot of bills over the years.
I say this cautiously as the bill is so confusingly written, but they appear to ban any semi-auto rifle that is capable of accepting magazines larger than 15 rounds.
They also ban anything that could increase the firing rate of a semi-auto rifle (bump stock, binary triggers, etc).
AND, the law appears to ban suppressors as well, though these communist idiots call them "silencers" in the text of the bill.
These tyrannical idiots got very greedy and it's going to massively backfire on them.

They are ordinary semiautomatic high capacity military rifles in the civilian market.
I use to sell a similar version of them, Bushmasters. .223 caliber. Just don't ever make a mistake with that round because if it so much as catches a piece of your clothing there is no limit of damage that round will cause.
