It starts there. I imagine this lays the foundation for the national general election, which has to take place before August 2029 (unless the govt gets toppled by a vote of no confidence).
For context:
Reform gained 677 NEW council seats, out of the 23 councils with 1,600+ seats being contested.
Reform also gained control over 10 councils (as opposed to controlling 0 before this).
It's an absolute tidal wave.
