They don't exist. The physics is imaginary. The links off the Bearden link no longer work. I've always heard about "scalar" this or that, but have never seen an exposition of the physics in mathematical form. Stick with the DEWs that are real and are now in service. (Which would have been impossible in Tesla's understanding of physics.)
It doesn't matter what anyone says about this science, you will never accept it and will only argue with no proof or sources at all.

I read your link to the Bearden information. It didn't take me more than a page to find his only equation, where he contends that E=tmc2 is energy as much as E=mc2. So, this proves he never took a physics class, because the primary requirement of all physical equations is that the dimensional units are the same thing on both sides of the equation. This is not even science, and is why Bearden is rejected out of hand and there is no technology to show for it.
As for nucleogenesis, the astrophysicists had that worked out long ago.
As for DEWs, I have worked directly in the field. My last Big Hurrah was the YAL-1A Airborne Laser.
