I think you can look at it like this. The Epstein files are a very compact, very potent slow burn fuse. What Gen. Flynn here is doing is simply keeping that fuse alight.

Already, some high level impacts have arisen: E.g. Starmer and the UK system's connection to Epstein. But there is a lot, lot more.

We don't need to shout Epstein! Epstein! Epstein! like every deranged TDSer, but we can keep the slow burn going. And, as the fuse burns, it buries further and further into the mainstream subconscious and encroaches more and more on the mainstream consciousness.

At some point, people will be like, "oh, yeah, ok. I can see that" when the bigger stuff hits the screen. Which I think it most definitely will.

Taking into consideration what DJT has done to highlight the Epstein stuff, using reverse psychology (as he so often does), the way that Melania just gave it all another nudge a few weeks back.

Sure, the TDS afflicted and the Neo-Marxist propaganda (in the alt-sphere) are very, very attached to trying to tie DJT to the Epstein thing, but its TDS, and ultimately it has no legs, because there is NO connection there. All they have is a facade that they try to sell as being real, and basically, its not working (imo).

I used to wonder why Flynn would regulkarly bring up the Epstein files thing, but after a while, I concluded this is what he is doing: simply keeping the fuse alive, as it burns down towards..... KA-BOOM! time.
