The unaccounted for Federal money needs to be recovered from Ohio. Either reduce Federal funding to Ohio to recover it... or make them pay it back out of existing state funds.
State fraud should NOT be a Federal burden. The cost should be borne by the state that allows the fraud to happen.
Take it back,and give them a big penalty.
The people that facilitated this need to be prosecuted. The money probably went to the dems, who are so fraud-centric.
