Hillary and Huma chasing an innocent girl to filet her face off aka (frazzled.rip) and Obama with his $60,000-worth' of imported 'special hot dogs' brought in for a private party. The inference was this was not actual 'hot dogs' but 'little boys' for molestation and worse.

Or, it could mean how lovely and safe and happy everyone was then. Your choice.
