This tweet was posted yesterday. I read it and then tried to locate which study it is referencing as I like to save this kind of information. And as true as it may seem to be, nowhere can I or anyone else on X find such a paper or such a 'case number'. Even Grok said it could not find anything related to this.
So, I think this is a purposeful fake. That is, full of enough true stuff, but mixed with some fake, thus making any of the true seem fake and conspiratorial.
We knew this 4 years ago. It becomes newsworthy again when this becomes part of an official testimony / whistleblower / disclosure
