That got me curious, so I tried it for the stiffness I get after intense workouts — the kind that other anti-inflammatories never seemed to help. For me, it worked surprisingly well. I still get sore, of course, but I don’t experience the same level of stiffness that usually slows me down or affects my productivity the next day.
I typically take it before or the day after working out or playing sports, and I feel great when I do.
One thing I’ll mention: the first time taking ivermectin, some people may feel the opposite effect at first — tired, sluggish, or lethargic. Some believe this can happen as parasites die off and toxins temporarily build up in the body.
