I heard that the plan, since at least 1984, was: Oceania, Eurasia, and Eastasia.
Oceania: Comprising the Americas, the British Isles (known as Airstrip One), Australasia, and southern Africa. Its ideology should be Ingsoc (English Socialism).
Eurasia: Consisting of continental Europe and Russia (the former Soviet Union), extending from Portugal to the Bering Strait. Its ideology should be Neo-Bolshevism.
Eastasia: Encompassing China, Korea, Japan, and parts of India and Southeast Asia. Its ideology is Obliteration of the Self AKA Death-Worship.
