Russia's and the United States' interests naturally align.
Putin's Russia:
• Has not been caught trying to steal our elections.
• Has not been caught with spies acting as drivers for senators.
• Has not been caught with spies acting as mayors of our cities.
• Has not been caught implanting kill switches(!) within our major infrastructure i.e. electric substation transformers et al.
• Has done virtually nothing to systematically undermined the strategic (i.e. long term) security of the United States.
• Has not massively compromised a large swath of our politicians.
• Has not facilitated the importation of deadly poison (fentanyl) into our country, killing hundreds of thousands of Americans.
• Has not sent countless military age men across our southern border. (infiltration)
• Has not bought up (often barren/useless) land near our military bases.
Xi's Communist China has done ALL OF THE ABOVE, and more.

Yes, but there is a big difference between 'Putin's Russia' and 'Xi's China'. A massive difference.
Let's assume the premise that a nation under the control of the Marxist-Leninist ideology (in whatever variance) is under (what I prefer to call) Satanic dominion. I.e. Marxist ideology (and its variants) are satanic thought, the culmination of satanic ideology on the global level. Complete denial of God and God-based principles.
Russia was liberated from this satanic dominion in 1991. Yes, chaos, but as a whole, Russia was liberated. Note also how Putin emphasized in his interview with Snucker Tarlson, how the USA and Europe (under Bush, etc) wanted to NOT help Russia, not include Russia, and told them to pound sand when Russia proposed, "hey, comon, lets work together now!"
China in 2026 is a country still under that satanic thralldom. It has not yet been released; it is a captured country. As such ANY forces, whether Xi or whoever, working to liberate China would be working 'behind enemy lines'.
And Russia's interests and <ahem> 'the United States' interests' only align because Trump is taking back the USA from the satanic control that almost reached its zenith. America almost fell. And if you ask Bush 1, Bush 2, Clinton, Obama, did (do) they think that Russia's natural interests align with the United State's interests? I think the answer is no. They want a satanic America.
Behind Enemy Lines
If you read biographies or stories from people working behind enemy lines, in enemy territory, under control of an enemy, you can see first hand what is involved. In reality.
Think about the high-level people in Germany who wanted to kill Hitler towards the end of the war, once they understood how insane Hitler was. High level patriots, where one mistake meant death.
Do you really think the Soviet Union all fell apart in one month, or a year? How many decades of work inside the Soviet Union, by many people who died, were tortured, etc, before the USSR got to that point where the Russians threw off that cloak? Uncountable martyrs.
Personal anecdotes to illustrate.
One. In the late 80s' I was working at an international conference for an international NGO (not ALL NGOs are evil, by the way, only the captured ones) where I was working very closely with the organizers. I met a young man in his late 20s/ early 30s who had been invited from the top organizer to attend this 'conference'. He was an American, living in Moscow, and was essentially an underground missionary. He had been given the mission to go into the Soviet Union to lay a foundation for spreading Christianity, secretly from a very prominent anti-communist group. He described to me in tears what it was like.
He lived there with his wife, and he explained how the KGB had surveillance on them, everywhere, inside their apartment, bugged, etc. They could not talk about their faith, have any books that showed their faith. He explained this was pure mental and emotional torture, but he was determined and dedicated, at the risk of his life.
Two. I have friends who, after the collapse of the USSR, were sent by an affiliated organization to go into Russia and spread religious ideas and principles, to a people that had been without any open religion or religious education for 7 decades. My friend told me how the people were extremely thirsty for religious-based ideas, for learning about Christian principles, about educating themselves in the context of an ideological perspective that accepts the existence of God. Liberated.
Well, yes. I personally believe that God's desire is to liberate China. And if that process were underway, well, compared to Russia, China is way, way early in that timeline. Russia today has been liberated for what, 30 years? Putin et al gained the upper hand, purged the oligarchs, and have been driving a free vehicle for many years.
And, until Trump came on the scene, anyone doing anything in China was still very much without allies in the West. (Because the West has been captured, even if not lost, for a long time.)
So, yeah, if we have friends in China, they are still going to be 'SeCrEt FreNs'. Sure, that's an 'IF', but if it is the case, could it be any other way?
If one reads the signals from Trump, Putin, Xi, then it looks like things are getting closer and closer. Who does Trump criticize, and burn? Who does Trump praise, and say "I get one very well with <him>". That's comms, right there, if you ask me. Not even secret comms. It's coded language, out there in the open. Coded because many people cannot even understand it, even if they see it. Open, because its clear to those that get it. (IMO).
Conclusion: I think, personally, to get a clearer picture on what is going on, one has to step right back from the picture, and try different angles. A comparison of Russia vs China has to take into consideration that in terms of 'liberation from satanic dominion', Russia is 30 years on, but China is still (at least) a few years away. Maybe they are close. Who knows. But its pretty clear they aren't there yet, imo.
