IMO, that's exactly what our US Senate is doing. They're not passing any America First legislation because they want to re-fund USAID and get their graft back. They'll either let the Dems win in 2026 and impeach Trump or wait til he leaves in 2028, and then set all of their phony 'businesses' back in motion. And we the taxpayers will fund it all.
