Prime example: Cooking food in Gutter Oil... Whatever trash truck hydraulic, automotive drip that makes it off the road...

We're not too far behind in principle these days it seems - compared to when we were growing up...
But we are still reasonably safe compared to China. At least there are choices. China, not so much.
