My tinfoil hat theory is, that's what is really going on with the White House ballroom. They wouldn't be making a big deal out of a ballroom, if there wasn't something going on underground, which benefits the white house in this manner.
It is 90,000 square feet, costing $400M, and the playbook is identical to the Israeli underground data centers that already exist for their citizen surveillance. Oracle has a data center in Israel right now, 9 stories into bedrock, 90,000 square feet, $319 million, designed to house AI systems for military intelligence. That similarity is what prompted deeper scrutiny of what the White House is actually doing with the ballroom.
The same donors gave to both projects, and they are mostly Israeli connected. You can be mad that Israel is mentioned again, or you can be mad at the people who are committing a future atrocity with no takesies backsies.

Those Israeli companies themselves were created by white hats, falsely presented themselves as loyal to Israel, then made Israel dependant on their technology, giving the Q team all the access/control over Israeli intelligence and security.
The Q team are high-strategists - if I can think of this idea (and I'm a nobody), pretty sure they did. it's counter-productive for Trump to criticise Israel openly - you need to keep the opponent"s guard down and keep them loving/trusting you.
So you find someone else who's smart at exposing Israel's evil doing, frame that person as your enemy too by letting them criticise you. You have then made it out you're taking Israel's side against the person. That way Israel's reputation is openly hammered while you appear to remain loyal to Israel.
You then accelerate Israel's reputation destruction by amplifying the person's public visibility, using the Streisand Effect. You openly/publicly criticise that person's criticism of you and Israel - increasing their public following.
