There are people out there that can arrive at a value that you can extract from Georgia Power & Light for the use (not ownership) of your property.
In addition, (1) you want you and your families health monitored annually with Georgia Power paying the bill for this, and (2) you want your cattle's health evaluated by a veterinarian every year at Georgia Powers expense. If you or your family's health is negatively impacted or if the veterinarian determines that the health of your cattle has been impacted, then you need an exit clause of this contract AND/OR a large settlement.
This is the way. As long as the landowner isn’t too greedy they can most likely turn it into generational income for their family.
