I have some DMSO pure liquid. I have have a rotator cuff injury. Can I just cut the DMSO with distilled water and rub some on my shoulder?
I also have a damaged nerve on the back of my head that I would like to try and fix.
Anyone have some sort of protocol I could use?
I know that it's a solvent and to keep my skin free of lotions and even fabric for a while.
Is there something that I could use other than water?
Thanks in advance.
Are you using pharmaceutical grade? I'm 7 months post op of a reverse shoulder replacement. During my rehab I used DMSO to help me heal and manage my nerve pain.I use Dr. Robaina DMSO or Herbal Mana Alpha Warrior DMSO cream. Both of these products really helped me heal. Good luck with your rotator cuff!
What's the nature of your injury? Can you identify if it's skeletal or muscular?
Can you explain your damaged nerve?
Anyway i made a post that might help: https://greatawakening.win/p/1ASsUYLJuS/fatalitys-tips-on-freeing-yourse/c/
Careful with this stuff. It made my neuropathy in my extremities worse. The effect was temporary and went away after a week.
I fixed my rotator cuff injury doing overhead dumbbell presses, using perfect form. I started pressing a can of soup. Moved up through the yoga weights. Now I'm doing 15lbs.
Total recovery.
Edit; Do both sides to keep your spine balanced. It feels weird pressing a can of soup with your good arm, but you must keep your back balanced.
Not medical advice.
Thanks for the medical advice! Fren! I'm going to wait for the Dr to tell me what I should do. It might be rehabable or they might want to cut.

Rotator cuff is a deep tissue issue. You could just rub straight dmso on there. I have the 99.99 pure and the aloe gel. I drink the liquid mixed w water or milk or juice and rub the aloe gel where I need it. I've mixed some with castor oil as well. I drop that into my eyes and rub on my belly button. I personally feel like drinking it helps get dmso to areas internal but have learned the eyes tend to suck up dmso. So a compress with dmso+castor or the aloe vero gel would be good
Thank you. I think I will try the castor oil.
For topical skin applications just mix maybe 30% dmso w the castor oil. Dmso doesn't do anything except impart sulfur, iirc, it helps mainly promote flow into the affected area. So a drop of essential oil like oregano etc would also be good probably
I would mix with colloidal silver or castor oil when applying; take Boswellia (Frankincense) up to 3 Gm / day (internally); it is used in hospitals in China as a main go to for pain; apply comfrey salve and other healing salves (arnica); use near IR red light laser every day or every other day for 15 min; it helps stimulate repair. Not all at once 😊
Thanks. I'm really hoping that the DMSO can fix my shoulder before the VA wants to cut on me.
I know it's my choice but I should have a few months to try this out before they are ready too.
have been using an alcohol based substance that has wormwood, black walnut boswellia, myrrh and clove oilin it. It works.
One of my purchases of DMSO was in a 3.38 oz dark glass bottle with a glass dropper. I have a 50/50 mixture of DMSO and castor oil in it. This is the best way I have found to apply it. I have two other bottles of the exact same but they still have straight DMSO. I put three drops into my sinus rinse bottle along with the salt/baking soda mixture.
I am still in the experimental mode at the moment but I like the dropper for application. I would start with this. You can use straight DMSO. It just burns some. I have used the castor oil/DMSO on my face, eye lids and where my hairline is receding quite a bit. I swear it has helped on my hairline.
Castor oil seems awesome. Both with DMSO and without.
Bottom line, don’t be afraid of DMSO. Some people drink it and put it in their eyes.
Mixing DMSO with water is fine. What is weird is that you can mix room temp water with equal parts room temp DMSO and it will heat up significantly.
Ok thanks. Maybe I can get some hair back. That would be amazing. Wonder how that works.
I don’t know and I am not sure it is working for sure but it seems like it is thickening up. I need to apply it more often. It makes my head itch like crazy but it doesn’t itch anywhere else like on my face. I have read where castor oil helps with hair regrowth.
I also mixed ivermectin paste and DMSO 50/50 and applied it to mole looking thing on my arm. It also itched extreme but it disappeared.
So everywhere I have seen some sort of difference, there was itching involved.
Itching is how you know it's working! Glad your hair is regrowing. I'm not bald but it's thinner than the sides and has been for 20 years. Thanks again.
I got rid of moles with tea tree oil
I'd just buy the gel; much easier to apply.
Have you tried BPC157 & TB500, they are amazing? Healed my torn rotator cuff.
Never heard of them. I will look into it.
