A stabbing victim in the UK told police officers "I've been stabbed" and "I can't breathe." Instead of providing aid, officers handcuffed him, mocked him by saying "I don't think you have, mate," and allowed him to die.
Elon Musk responded by offering to personally fund a wrongful death lawsuit against the officers involved. "I am happy to fund a wrongful death lawsuit against these disgusting excuses for law enforcement," Musk wrote. "They damn well better have been fired." The incident has sparked outrage online, with thousands sharing the story and calling for accountability. No word yet on whether the officers have faced disciplinary action.

They denied him urgent medical assistance. That’s murder in my book.
In USA, I believe police can - and rightly, morally, ethically so - be held liable & responsible.
Police have (of course) a far different standard than your average CCW holder.
I believe they are REQUIRED to call in medical / EMT; to render aid to someone they just shot, etc.
Correct me if I'm wrong.....
"I can't breath" Edition 2? Oh how the media ran with that line, Edition 1.
It doesn't work if you're white LOL
the police will swing by your house and issue a caution just for complaining about it
