Well since her mother was placed under guardianship back in 2024, it's pretty obvious that her daughter wasn't concerned with her care. I've personally seen cases where the children let the health of their parents diminish to the point that someone else notices and calls Adult Protective Services. Old people DO NOT heal quickly. When the parent ends up in a facility the kids come and complain that they are not being properly taken care of.
I am wondering how often she was visiting her mother? Surely she would have been able to see things were not right. I don't know.
