I told my daughter just how special and different she is.

She watches Indy racing and had her favorite drivers going into this race. One of her favorites won the race. She also knows some of the driver quirks and what issues to watch for in some of them.

Besides being a woman intersted in Indy car racing, she's also in college, straight A student studying to be a microbiologist. She never took the Covid "vax" and none of our family took one shot of that evil.

In addition, she loves animals and can handle herself. I asked her how long it would take her to put a full grown German Shepherd in a submission hold and have it whimpering? Her response was "It depends on dog size, how aggressive and what the reason is". I think we both agree on 15 to 30 seconds, but if she's being gentle, it might take a full minute.

Anyway, I'm proud to have raised a daughter that doesn't fall for the media B.S. and isn't reliant on other people, but still gets along great with most people.

She was positively beaming that her driver won the Indy 500.
