I agree with you. But the folks who live in Iran and just want peace.....

They won't be killed but they will be made to suffer until their breaking point is reached and have had enough of the current regime. Woe be those leaders who don't want this war to end.

I totally agree! But they have two "F's" to choose - Flee or Fight. The Iran Government doesn't want World Peace.... it wants World Control... a Caliphate. It's not been crying "Death to America!" for decades due to capitalism.... it's been crying that due to Christianity.
