While this is a shit post, I would worry about remote hacking/takeover.
It's certain though that this building will have extensive anti-drone counter measures built-in: a full suite of detection, jamming, and takedown protocols. The last being the must fun because there will be White House mounted LASERS.
But he did say the ballroom wing will have drone & sniper capacity...

This is why you have multiple independent drone system. If one gets hacked and goes rogue, the other drones can hunt them down. True separation of powers. We could have executive drones, legislative drones, and judicial drones.
