You place the KEY letters underneath the CYPHER letters (one for one) and keep repeating the key as illustrated below.

You then add the Gematria value of each CYPHER letter with its (directly below) corresponding KEY letter.
If the sum is over 26 then you start the alphabet again.
Example: if the sum value is 27... (26 + 1) then you ignore the 26 and the value is 1 = A.

As someone who followed Q from the beginning, I was shocked and frankly disappointed to discover this simple COVFEFE decode to be basically unknown here.
If you're one who didn't know this basic fact of Q canon, then perhaps reflect back on any of my other posts that seemed way too "out there" for you.

This decode is not my own. It was on the Qboard in 2018, where no one debated or denied it.
It was prima facia obvious.
If you think it's a gematria word salad coincidence, you are not understanding.
This is an extremely common and simple type of cipher.
This is not some Gematria decode that can make 1000 words equal the same thing.

I stopped following the "Bible Code" stuff from the turn of the millennium because I realized you could use crap like this to make ANYTHING say ANYTHING.
This has nothing to do with whatever you're talking about RE Bible code. This is a basic standard cipher.
Isaac Newton wrote entire books using numerical cipher keys.
This is not sophisticated in any way whatsoever.
