This was the actual sequence:

Israel (Netanyahu and his Defense Minister) announced they would destroy Southern Beirut and ordered people to leave. Hundreds of thousands of people live there. There was a massive exodus from southern Beirut with massive traffic gridlock. Iran said essential F this. We aren't talking with you Trump anymore about a deal while this is going on.
Trump called Netanyahu and cussed him out and told him to stop it. Trump then announced Netanyahu had called off the attack. Iran then agreed to resume negotiations.

The domestic news is only telling you one side. Shameful lack of real journalism...
