It is rumored that Pakistani ISI has coordinated in the past with Israel intelligence pre and post 9-11. The trade off was that Pakistan would train proxies to keep Afghanistan and Iran destabilized while Israel would provide Pakistan intelligence regarding India's proxies in the Kashmir region.
