Everybody knows about e-verify. Those who hire illegal aliens for lower pay just ignore it. Those businesses need to be shamed and boycotted into non-existence.
They know when they are hiring an illegal. They do not check. They may pay under the table or wink at faked documents. THEY KNOW.
This is STEALING the LABOR of Americans who used to fill those jobs at a family wage!
Everyone wants a bargain. But our families did NOT cheat a man out of his labor. WE did not shop at places that charged less because they cheated with cheap imported goods. But "thrift" is said to be a "virtue" when you are destroying the future of your country with each nickel "saved".
My gr-grandfather kept his farm help on over the winter instead of discharging him for lack of work. The hired men ate at the family table.

A lot of social security cards are used by multiple people. 35 years ago I had my social security number stollen and used to work at Santa Anita race track. the way I found out was that at the end of the year my W-2 form showed me working twice the amount I worked at the race track. I was a hot walker for race horses and I have no idea what happen other then I filled out the taxes and got a bigger refund because who ever did it was having extra taken out for there payroll tax. someone at the racetrack got a hold of my social security number and used it at the time about half of those working at Santa Anita racetrack as hot walkers and grooms were illegal aliens or were hiding from some one.

Do employers check with e-verify and then ignore it, or do they just ignore e-verify in the first place?
If they do check and then ignore, then there will be records of who was checked, and yet who is employed when they should not be.
If that is the case, then Becky from HR and Scotty the General Manager can both be prosecuted.
