You can go to any chicken plant and find many illegals. It’s a nasty environment and not many Americans will do that job. Even in the 40’s and 50’s, many workers were from outside. Don’t know what the solution is.
There is a price for everything. Many Americans may not do that job at the wages the business wants to pay. And as long as there is an unending supply of low wage workers (illegals), business' have no incentive to pay more.
