Feels informative, but -to me- propagandist feeling? When he stated ”entire unit fragments” are deserting. An entire fragment? Such drama! Made me want to listen to the entire delivery again. His face/vocal inflection felt fluid, machine like. I was ok til the summary part then it felt like a test review…. Sorry, like I said….kinda smells. Who’s it for? Us or them?
