I hope all the eminant domain and refusals to rebuild after disaster situations go to him - it is sickening to see blatant land grabs from citizens. He will need resources that can fight these corporations - including over the top HOA's.

I read earlier about the eminent domain crap that ASU is pulling on a senior. Maybe this situation can be resolved by John Rich to the benefit of the senior gentleman,

I read that too - it is absurd that a university could do that - pure greed. Many similar stories out there I hope can be helped.
