I love our Cabinet including the Scott (Turner) I have trouble remembering his last name. When I mentioned him to God in my prayers, I tell God, "You know his last name even when I forget.". I know God knows him because God is all-knowing.
Yes, he does know their name even if we don't know it! When I pray for someone with just a handle I'll say "@person's names sister shirley" (or whatever it was), and then follow with "you know who it is..."
