Bulgarian migrant shouted lurid sexual remarks at a group of children in an incident that saw a 13-year-old Scottish girl brandish an axe.

With all that was said by authorities at the time, how were they able to get a conviction? Seriously. It would be a valuable tool to use against these animals.
