My recollection of real-time events was that the funding information on the biolabs in Ukraine was still up on the DoD website (but that they were taking it down). That week was notorious for the biolabs being called a "conspiracy theory" at the beginning of the week, and at the end of the week Victoria Nuland was testifying to a closed secret meeting of Congress about the funding details. From conspiracy theory to classified Congressional testimony in one week? It really stuck in my memory.
