Everybody knew they had come to some understanding. About what, is a matter of contention.

Note here: others too. Interesting then to see a coalition come to the fore based on state interests instead of globalist / internationalist crap. It bears thinking about it in light of what Putin last year considered the arch enemy: UK. Or rather City of London. It fits rather well with this post too.

Remember Putin cut off Russian adoptions to US 'families' under Clinton in the 90s. And then HRC set up a Russian silicon valley with stolen tech under BO used against the US and Russia while Putin was taking out his own deep state.
