Nah! 2000 lb way overkill. A 2000 lb. bomb would cause cratering,and widespread destruction. This most likely a precision-guided missile or small guided bomb, such as an AGM-114 Hellfire or a small JDAM 500 lb-class munition
It does come in from the lower left, so it could be a Hellfire. But the boom looks bigger. If I were weaponeering such a high value target I would use a 2,000 lb bomb. I would include a cruise missile as a possibility (1,000 lb warhead). But the delivery platform is important in the choice.
You can see the munition in lower left as you stated, and it’s much larger than a 114, this is most likely a 500 lb gbu. No need for a 2000, not a complex structure.
