This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

OK. I mean, I'm not tired of winning, not by any means.
But things seem to be at such an absolute incredible accelerated pace these days.
It's weird, because stuff i would spend a few hours on on the past, I glimpse over for a few seconds these days. Sure, my learning curve and knowledge bank has accumulated a lot, but its really just that there is so much happening, so much going on, that I simply have to just pick and choose where I put my attention.
Cos, its habbening, baby. it's habbening. All over the place, too.
Have been thinking this a lot of late. Don't have time to review old stuff now, it's kicking off all over the show, hard to keep track of it all. Timelines and people converging and its snowballing at a faster pace.

I think I try to keep my focus on a constant crystallization of various information nodes, blobs and maneuverings, to keep building up and consolidating the big picture awareness. I find that a useful filter for parsing what info to pay attention to, and what not to.
There's a certian level of confirmation bias built in to that, tho. As in, I have my essential core premises, and I'm looking at information from the lens of: does it support, enhance or refine those premises? As well as, does that information modify, develop or redirect those premises?
There's limitations to that approach, but it does allow a developing sense of confidence, as the picture formed by the various pieces becomes more and more refined, consistent and effective.
