For me, the important thing is the analysing of the uranium to prove where it came from. And I think we all know where that leads.

You cant really destroy elemental uranium. You can just dilute and disperse it enough to where nothing can be salvaged.
My guess is that the uranium (or nuclear dust) will be confiscated and locked away.
How about test it for U1, then use it to make electricity. jmo
