Multi-Culturalism is on its face fundamentally incompatible with the way the West does things. Hence every Western inspired nation that has even attempted it rapidly sees everything go to shit rather rapidly.
The only real arguably successful example has been Singapore. Granted I use the term successful semi-loosely. And that is largely because the first prime minister Lee Kuan Yew didn’t attempt to even entertain many Western Democratic and Republican Ideas, Ideals, and niceties when building Singapore.
