I realize that I am now reacting to this statement like I react to claims of alien bodies in cold storage: show me.
I'm not opposed to any clever trick to get her/him into a box where she/he has to prove her/his sex by DNA analysis. Refusal to do so might cause people to "notice."
Taking that thought a bit farther, suppose someone was to create a parody Presidential Library for the Obamas, featuring a jock strap as her/his favorite underwear. That could lead to a defamation suit. Is it true that the accused would have a right of discovery to establish the truth, since truth is always a defense against slander? Could that be to request a DNA sample for analysis, collected before a court officer? Or in court? (I don't know enough about the legalities to preclude any false play. I trust more creative and knowledgeable anons to give advice.)
