It boils down as to how you were raised. Japanese youths are very respectful because their parents will bust them in the head if they dont walk the straight and narrow. America conservatives are like that, so it must fall onto the liberals for not wanting to reign in their youth. Guess they have too much on their plate to do parental chores, like busting a wayward child's butt for not behaving. We need better parents and A LOT BETTER EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AROUND AMERICA.
