Still not sure how that would prove anything. U1 was selling a bunch of Uranium to Russia. Then it's alleged a portion of that was siphoned to Iran. If we identity that Iran's material indeed came from U1, why would the narrative not just be "Obviously Russia gave it to them". Russia is already their boogey man.
It only works if Iran itself has proof, and will share it. Even then, no one is going to just trust them, so it has to be some pretty good proof.
