How do we solve the growing illiteracy crisis? And is it the Left's fault?

It's obvious the Plandemic totally wrecked the education of our youth, and it's becoming even MORE obvious the Teacher's unions are corrupt and deliberately misguiding our youth away from American values...

How can we resolve this before it causes even bigger problems for the next generation?
