I don't know. I'm near one of the hosting cities, and there is a lot of crazy going on that is somewhat outside of the "normal". Supposedly making world wide news and the city look bad. 🤷♀️ These are the ones off the top of my head:
An "illegal night club" shooting (rumors it was actually an illegal wh*rehouse). Over 400 rounds shot and no one killed, but I think 10 injured? "Big Mama's Play House". This one might not be too out of the ordinary for KC.
I-70 shooter (some guy randomly shooting and killing people on the interstate while they're driving. This is an ongoing story. England's equipment getting stolen. I do believe it was stolen in another state, I think Texas, and was located in KC, but am not sure
I personally have been avoiding going out and about unnecessarily to avoid the crowds, but I don't think my area has an influx of people. So no first hand experience. The few random Twatter posts I've seen of people visiting other cities have been nice. Although they think they started the "best American BBQ war". Kek!

Yeah, but do they hit anything? How can you fire that much with so little results? I am not in favor of shooting people willy nilly, but I think at some point one has to think "Hey, when did I last have an eye exam?" or perhaps "Hey maybe I should consider one of the trades".
I don't know. I've heard of it happening at other gang related shoot outs. Maybe they're not actually trying to hit each other subconsciously? Maybe it's because they tend to hold guns sideways? Any job would do! They sound unemployed...
