Detachment from reality is termed a psychosis. The more one's ideology departs from reality, the more psychotic one will be. It is a necessary outcome.

When Q says "these people are crazy" or "these people are sick", he is being clinically correct. Absolutely no exaggeration. I have been watching this progress for years. It is abundantly reflected in policies.
