As I read more of his writings, I went on the Vitamin D, Zinc, Quercetin protocol. Haven't had a flu shot in decades. Never get the flu or got sick during 'covid'.

Same here. No vaccines, and no illness. I also preserve my own elderberry juice and take if I feel something coming on. I-26 if a cough comes on. Echinacea tea if I feel something coming on. Hasn't failed in 30 years.
