The fact that Trump is honest about what this greatest power might be building, by giving 20% of the data publicly and letting us infer the 80% (and OP guess is as good as any), means that all the other powers in the world are less transparent about what they've built. Now that the trillionaire tier exists, how many similar bunkers exist around the world already? Each running their own "quantum encryption" and employing their own private staff of hundreds of hand-picked serfs? Trump's may be disconcerting but how much more the one's we don't know. And where has the next Epstein been digging? Good thing we don't need to know specifically.
